Krieg, Klimakrise, Inflation, Angriffe auf das Recht auf Schwangerschaftsabbruch: Der Kapitalismus steht am Abgrund und diejenigen die darunter leiden sind Arbeiter*innen, Frauen, Jugendliche, LGBTQI+ Personen...
Doch es regt sich auch Widerstand: Landesweite Proteste in den USA für Abtreibungsrechte, revolutionäre Bewegungen wie in Sri Lanka und auch in Österreich gab es in den letzten Wochen und Monaten zunehmende Proteste, vor allem von Beschäftigten aus der Pflege, Elementarpädagogik, Sozialbereich.
Doch wie können wir diese Kämpfe gewinnen?
Wenn du diskutieren willst, wie wir Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit und Rassismus bekämpfen können, warum der Kapitalismus zu Kriegen führt und wie wir diese beenden können, wenn du mit Sozialist*innen und sozialistischen Feminist*innen aus der ganzen Welt diskutieren willst, wie eine Alternative zu diesem krisenhaften System ausschauen kann und wie wir da hinkommen, wenn du mit Kolleg*innen diskutieren willst, wie eine Streikbewegung im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich aufgebaut werden kann und was Lehren aus vergangenen Kämpfen sind: Dann ist dieses Sommercamp für dich the place to be!
Es geht uns um die perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und politischer Schulung. Neben spannenden Themen aus der internationalen Arbeiter*innenbewegung, marxistischer Theorie und praktischen Workshops wird es viel Zeit zum Baden, Grillen, Fußballspielen, Wandern, Sonnen... geben. Das "Kinderland"-Feriendorf bietet dabei ordentliche Bungalows (optional auch einige Einzelzimmer), eine 1A-Küche und viel Platz.

War, climate crisis, inflation, attacks on abortion rights: capitalism is on the brink and those who suffer are workers, women, youth, LGBTQI+ people....But there is also resistance: nationwide protests in the USA for abortion rights, revolutionary movements like in Sri Lanka and also in Austria there have been increasing protests in the last weeks and months, especially from workers in care, elementary education, social sector.
But how can we win these struggles?
If you want to discuss how we can fight sexism, queerphobia and racism, why capitalism leads to wars and how we can end them, if you want to discuss with socialists and socialist feminists from all over the world how an alternative to this crisis system can look like and how we can get there, if you want to discuss with colleagues how to build a strike movement in the health and social sector and what are the lessons from past struggles: Then this summer camp is the place to be for you!
We are looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and political education. Besides exciting topics from the international workers' movement, marxist theory and practical workshops, there will be a lot of time for swimming, barbecuing, playing soccer, hiking, sunbathing and so on... The "Kinderland" vacation village offers decent bungalows (optionally also some single rooms), a great kitchen and a lot of space.

Furthermore: Podiums discussion with international activists about topics such as war, world economy, the fight against women’s oppression, protest movements in different parts of the world, building an international socialist organization.
